Marlon D. Burton brings more than 27 years of civilian and military leadership experience to United Horizons. Throughout his career, he has developed and led teams, coached professionals, managed complex programs, and trained hundreds of participants across leadership, professional development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce development disciplines.
His experience spans senior military leadership, federal public service, training and facilitation, organizational development, coaching, and team leadership. That background shapes the United Horizons approach: disciplined preparation, strong communication, accountability, adaptability, and a commitment to developing people.
Through United Horizons, Marlon translates those lessons into practical development experiences that help leaders strengthen their organizations and successfully navigate change.
